Upon first look, you see delicate rose gold. With aromas of apricot, mandarin orange and strawberry with white flower and sweet brioche. Generous fruit of Rainier cherry, ripe Fuji apple and citrus on first taste is followed by a crisp, lingering acidity. The wine is youthful, tasting wonderfully today and will continue to develop for years to come.  

With a limited production of 197 cases, each bottle is hand-crafted and labeled, creating the perfect toast for your celebrations.  Pinot Noir 57%  Chardonnay 43%

Upon first introduction this wine greets the drinker with elegant rose gold color and delicate effervescence. With aromas of Meyer lemons, Granny Smith Apple, summer strawberry, sweet brioche, and hazelnut. Generous fruit of lemons, ripe Fuji apple, pineapple, forest berry, and mandarin orange on first taste is followed by a crisp, lingering acidity and an extended, mouthwatering finish. The wine is youthful, tasting wonderfully today and will continue to develop for years to come.

The 2020 Skywalker Vineyards Blanc de Blancs is a refreshing aperitif.  Made in the methode traditionelle from 100% Chardonnay from the Skywalker Ranch, the wine is a pale flaxen color with lively bubbles that dance toward the open skies.  The lean crispness on the first sip evokes pear, slightly tart green apples, opening up to close the palette with hints of brioche and a more rounded nuttiness.  Share with friends over scallop ceviche appetizers before a formal meal or enjoy with fried chicken and macaroni and cheese comfort food.
