2020 Skywalker Blanc de Blancs Sparkling

The 2020 Skywalker Vineyards Blanc de Blancs is a refreshing aperitif.  Made in the methode traditionelle from 100% Chardonnay from the Skywalker Ranch, the wine is a pale flaxen color with lively bubbles that dance toward the open skies.  The lean crispness on the first sip evokes pear, slightly tart green apples, opening up to close the palette with hints of brioche and a more rounded nuttiness.  Share with friends over scallop ceviche appetizers before a formal meal or enjoy with fried chicken and macaroni and cheese comfort food.
