Aromas of strawberries in the 2022 vintage evoke the first hints of summertime and warmer weather. A medley of honeysuckle, lychee, white peaches, and Fuji apples refresh your palate. This wine’s pale pink color belies its rich texture as a well-structured wine ready to be paired with a shrimp, avocado, and corn salad, some Baja-style fish tacos with Cotija cheese, or a seafood paella.
